Timmons Management Company, Inc. was established in 1995 by founder Diane Timmons — a Christian woman of insurmountable faith who loved the City of Detroit. From 1995 to 2018, the company's headquarters was the Boulevard West building in the New Center area of Detroit, Michigan.
In loving memory of Diane, Timmons Management Co. was re-established in Livonia, Michigan in 2019, carrying forward the same values of faith, integrity and genuine care for the communities we serve.
Today we remain a family-owned company, with many team members who bring over 20 years of property management experience. That continuity keeps us close to our clients and lets us make decisions based on what's right for your property.
